We greeted the prefectural governor today, following the mayor the other day. We were shown on NHK television. We'll be in tomorrow's newspaper too. We're not great at all. But the prefecture and the city will always accept a courtesy visit from JICA. I felt that the prefecture and the city couldn't go against a national organization like JICA.
