Alhamisi, Rafiki yangu ametufundishia kuhusu Meisou. Tumejaribu Meisou. Tunaweza kupunguza msongo wa mawazo(stress) kwa Meisou. Ninaanza Meisou leo nilipojifunza Meisou.

Ijumaa, tumekula chakula cha mchana cha Kiafrika. Hatukupenda supu ya parachichi. Hiki ni chakula gani? Hiki ni chakula cha kujifunza kufusu Kiafrika. Rafiki yangu amenipa embe tamu. Ninamshukuru sana.  

Jumamosi, tunakuwa na karamu katika Dake Onsen jioni. Rafiki yangu amenipa bia nzuri. Rafiki yaugu ni mpole. Sikujua kufurahi hivi. 

Mimi hupiga simu saa nne na unsu kila siku. Kwa sababu mimi ni kiongozi wa kikundi. Usiku nilipumzika kidogo chumbani kwangu. Halafu nilisahau kupiga simu. Lakini rafiki yangu alinipigia simu.

Jumapili, hii nimejifunza Kiswahili siku nzima.

On thursday, My friend has taught us about Meisou. We have tried Meisou. We can reduce stress. I am starting Meisou today when I learned Meisou.

On friday, we have had an African lunch. We didn't like the avocado soup. What are these foods? This is food for learning about African. My friend has given me a sweet mango. I am very grateful to him.

On saturday, we have a party at Dake Onsen in the evening. My friend has given me a good beer. My friend is gentle. I didn't know the party is happy like this.

I call at 22:30 every day. Because I am the leader of the group. At night I rested a little in my room. Then I forgot to call. But my friend called for me.
